As you may have read in other sections of this site, the cost of installing a star in the Walk of Fame is $25,000. The sponsor must pay the fee to the Hollywood Historic Trust after selection.

Such money will be used to pay for the creation and installation of the star, dedication ceremony, security and maintenance of the Walk of Fame.

If you love and respect Tracii Guns as much as we do and would like to help dedicate a star to him on the Walk of Fame, you may donate funds. Please, understand that any donation helps. With any small or big amount received, Tracii will be closer to the star he deserves.

We understand that not everyone can contribute with the same amount, that’s why we haven’t established any minimum quantity. It is up to you. Even if you can only donate one dollar, euro or whatever, it will be highly appreciated. With 25,000 people donating a dollar we would reach our goal, right?

The L.A. Guns Official Fan Club and Street Team will not make any profit from any money received. All contributions will be solely used for the Tracii Guns Star project. Once the amount of $25,000 is reached, we will not accept any further donations

The initial nomination is valid for two consecutive years. If Tracii is not chosen during that period, we will resubmit the nomination. While we are confident Tracii will be chosen, or we would not have started this endeavor, in the event that after an extended period of time (to be determined, but in the area of 10 years) Tracii is not recognized, the funds donated (and any interest earned) will be donated to a music related charity of Tracii's chosing.
